Dr. Bobby D Holmes (Dr. Bob) has been a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic since 1985. He has a degree in biology from of Fairway Chiropractic. Dr. Paul Diemer (Dr. D) attended Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California, where he graduated with a B.S degree in Sports Medicine. At Pepperdine he was the Athletic Trainer for the basketball, volleyball, tennis, and baseball teams. In 1985, he was named the head strength and conditioning coach for the university. In 1987, Dr. D severely injured his lower back and was saved from surgery by his chiropractor -- who was also a good friend. After the experience, he went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in San Jose, California.
His approach to health care is best described as a simple one. Take care of your health on a daily comsistent basis and the everything else will follow. He has always tried to educate his patients on the benefits of taking care of themselves everyday -- being proactive. Since starting practice in 1991, Dr. Diemer has always stressed the importance of exercise and stretching along with good nutrition and rest. He also specializes in treating wrist, knee, ankle, and shoulder injuries. "The body wants to be well -- sometimes it just needs a little help." Dr. Diemer resides in Granite Bay with his wife Stacey, their twin sons Cole and Bailey, their daughter Summer, and their Labs Gracie and Ruby. He has been on the medical staff at Granite Bay High School since 1997. His hobbies include golf, running, and vacationing in Lake Tahoe and Graeagle.

Dr. Michael Nevius (“Dr. Mike”) has dedicated the past 20 years of his life to health and fitness. A graduate of U.C. Davis with a degree in exercise physiology, he went to Chiropractic College and obtained his doctoral degree in 1993.
“I knew one of my main goals in life was to help people be healthier and live healthier, happier lives. I chose chiropractic because of its natural approach to healing and healthcare. Our practice focuses on care for the entire family and we specialize in transitioning people from care for their injuries to achieving a healthy lifestyle.”
