Dr. Paul Diemer (Dr. D) attended Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California, where he graduated with a B.S degree in Sports Medicine. At Pepperdine he was the Athletic Trainer for the basketball, volleyball, tennis, and baseball teams. In 1985, he was named the head strength and conditioning coach for the university. In 1987, Dr. D severely injured his lower back and was saved from surgery by his chiropractor -- who was also a good friend. After the experience, he went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in San Jose, California.
His approach to health care is best described as a simple one. Take care of your health on a daily comsistent basis and the everything else will follow. He has always tried to educate his patients on the benefits of taking care of themselves everyday -- being proactive. Since starting practice in 1991, Dr. Diemer has always stressed the importance of exercise and stretching along with good nutrition and rest. He also specializes in treating wrist, knee, ankle, and shoulder injuries. "The body wants to be well -- sometimes it just needs a little help." Dr. Diemer resides in Granite Bay with his wife Stacey, their twin sons Cole and Bailey, their daughter Summer, and their Labs Woodie and Ruby. He has been on the medical staff at Granite Bay High School for 12 years. His hobbies include golf, running, and vacationing in Lake Tahoe and Graeagle.

Dr. Brian Sims began his college career playing football for Washington State University. After a shoulder injury ended his football career, he transferred to San Jose State University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology, with a minor in Nutrition. Having been a chiropractic patient during his years as an athlete, Dr. Sims soon realized he wanted to provide the same care to others. He graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Sims believes in treating his patients the way he would want to be treated. He understands the importance of educating his patients and supporting them toward their health goals. He stresses the importance of stretching, exercise, nutrition, and rest as key elements in combating the stress of our busy lives. Dr. Sims believes “that an ounce of prevention goes a long way.” In addition to the spine, Dr. Sims specializes in treating ankle, knee, shoulder, elbow and wrist injuries. Dr. Sims resides in Roseville with his wife Christy, daughter Olivia and son Dylan. When not in the office, Dr. Sims can be found on one of the areas many golf courses, enjoying a nice run through one of Roseville’s parks, or cycling along the many bike trails.
