Dr. Paul Diemer (Dr. D) attended Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California, where he graduated with a B.S degree in Sports Medicine. At Pepperdine he was the Athletic Trainer for the basketball, volleyball, tennis, and baseball teams. In 1985, he was named the head strength and conditioning coach for the university. In 1987, Dr. D severely injured his lower back and was saved from surgery by his chiropractor -- who was also a good friend. After the experience, he went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in San Jose, California. 

His approach to health care is best described as a simple one. Take care of your health on a daily consistent basis and the everything else will follow.  He has always tried to educate his patients on the benefits of taking care of themselves everyday -- being proactive. Since starting practice in 1991, Dr. Diemer has always stressed the importance of exercise and stretching along with good nutrition and rest. He also specializes in treating wrist, knee, ankle, and shoulder injuries. "The body wants to be well -- sometimes it just needs a little help." Dr. Diemer resides in Granite Bay with his wife Stacey, their twin sons Cole and Bailey, their daughter Summer, and their Labs Gracie and Ruby. He has been on the medical staff at Granite Bay High School since 1997.  His hobbies include golf, running, and vacationing in Lake Tahoe and Graeagle.

Dr. Bobby D Holmes (Dr. Bob) has been a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic since 1985. He has a degree in biology from Excelsior College, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1984 from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri. He co-owned a busy practice in Manteca, California where he specialized in personal injury, sports injuries, and workers comp. After moving to the Greater Sacramento area, he built a practice in Folsom and Citrus Heights before becoming a part of Fairway Chiropractic.

 

Dr. Bob believes that to work toward maintaining good health, “you must strike a balance in your life, with eating good nutritious food, a regular exercise regiment, meaningful work and quality playtime at something you love to do.” Being an athlete himself, he has had the opportunity to treat other athletes, from little leaguers, to high school and college athletes, to professional athletes, like former San Francisco 49’ers running back Roger Craig, San Diego Chargers Linebacker Bob Horton, and former World Champion Bull Rider Ted Nuce.
